Welcome to The Bola Soyode Educational Foundation

Dear Visitor,

My father passed away when I was five years old. It is by the Grace of God that my mother, Tomi Soyode, has been able to give me the best education. I have come across a number of young people, who have been in my shoes but due to conditions and circumstances beyond their control, have found it difficult to get ahead with their education; because of this, I would like to make my own little mark on this issue. The Bola Soyode Educational Foundation was started in the summer of 2004 to help a few of these young people, and making a little change in their situations.

How it Works

The foundation will award scholarships to qualifying individuals up to the secondary school level to start with, after careful selection by the trustees. The trustees are:

Mr. Tunde Lemo, Deputy Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria
Mr. Sola Adepetun, Partner, Adepetun, Caxton-Martins, Agbor & Segun
Professor Yemi Osinbajo, Former Attorney General, Lagos State
Mrs. Yewande Amusan
Dr. Tayo Alabi, Chevron Nigeria

By the grace of God, the foundation currently supports nine children, 4 of which are orphans. A friend of mine once said, “One man cannot do everything, but he can do something”. This is my own “something” and I can do more with your help.
